בנוגע לעניני מארוקו, הנה בטח יתחיל בהגשת כל הניירות הדרושים להשגת רשיון הכניסה, ויהי רצון שיהי' הכל בהצלחה: השגת הניירות, הנסיעה עצמה והעיקר - העבודה שם על אתר, שיהי' בהתאם לרצון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, און משלים צו זיין די כוונה העליונה כל אחד ואחת מאתנו אין זיין ענין.

In response to your letter from the second day of Rosh Chodesh Elul with the list of donors: a) for the building of the holy Ohel, b) for Machaneh Melach and Kehot, c) regarding the payment of debts—thank you for your efforts in all this. One mitzvah brings another; may you be strengthened in your endeavors in all these matters. Please explain to all donors that this giving means and entails accepting with broad vessels all kinds of blessings—material and spiritual—that our Nasi, my father-in-law the Rebbe hk"m, has bestowed, bestows, and will bestow upon them. He is found in this world even more than during his lifetime. Now that all limitations have been removed, concealments and obscurations will also diminish until the light is revealed as good in a tangible way.
See the attached kuntres—Kuntres Chai Elul about to be published—regarding tangible perception: that it affects even physicality both from the perspective of the one who sees and what is seen. It is known from Chassidic discourses on "Yavi'u Levush Malchus" (They will bring royal garments) and their explanations about the essence of Ein Sof blessed be He as it exists in physicality.
Regarding matters of Morocco: surely you will begin submitting all necessary documents to obtain an entry permit. May it be G‑d's will that everything succeed—the acquisition of documents, the journey itself, and most importantly—the work there on site should align with the will of my father-in-law the Rebbe hk"m and fulfill each person's unique purpose.
Thank you for informing me about setting fixed times for Torah study at Beit HaKnesset number 25 and number 15 on Razieh Street. Likewise for studies at Anash gatherings; surely in every place there are also fixed times for learning the teachings of my father-in-law the Rebbe hk"m according to its context.

Summary
The Rebbe encourages continued dedication in communal work and spiritual growth. Giving generously opens one up to receive greater blessings. Preparation and diligence are vital both materially (such as travel arrangements) and spiritually (Torah study), fulfilling one's higher purpose.
