במענה על מכתבו מה' מנחם
אכפול בכתב ברכותי מה שאמרתי לבנו שי' וש"ב המיול"ח בתו שתי' בהיותם אצלי אשר תהי' קביעת זמן החתונה בשעה טובה ומוצלחת בכל הפרטים, ויבנו בית בישראל בנין עדי עד על יסודי התורה המצוה והחסידות, מתוך הרחבה בגו"ר.
ידוע מרז"ל (מגילה טז, א) אומה זו כו' כשהן עולין עולין עד לכוכבים. ויהי רצון, אשר משהתחילו בעלי' קשורי התנאים וקביעות זמן חתונת בתו תי' עלה יעלה בהצלחה גם בשאר עניניו אלא שצריך להיות חזק בבטחונו ובאמונתו, אשר בודאי יקויימו ברכות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ אשר ברכו כמה פעמים, ויקויימו על מילואן און גאר כפשוטו בגשמיות ממש.
ומהנכון אשר בכל יום יאמר בל"נ דעם רבינס קאפיטל תהלים, שהוא עתה קאפ' עא, ואיזה פעמים בשבוע ילמד תורת הדא"ח של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ. כל זה לכל הפחות עד יו"ד שבט ה'תשי"א הבע"ל, אשר זהו כלי רחב להמשכת ברכות צדיק הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, בעוה"ז עולם המעשה.

In response to your letter from the 5th of Menachem Av, I repeat in writing my blessings that I gave to your son sheyichyeh and your daughter-in-law shetichyeh when they were with me: that the setting of the wedding date should be at an auspicious and successful time in every detail, and that they should build a home in Israel—an everlasting edifice—on the foundations of Torah, mitzvah observance, and chassidus, with expansiveness in both material and spiritual matters.
It is known from our Sages (Megillah 16a): "Umah zo... when they ascend, they ascend up to the stars." May it be G‑d’s will that since the ascent has begun with the engagement and setting of your daughter's wedding date shetichyeh, this ascent will continue successfully in all other matters as well. However, one must be strong in his trust and faith that certainly the blessings of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m—which he blessed you with several times—will be fulfilled completely and very literally in actual material terms.
It is appropriate that every day you say bli neder the Rebbe’s chapter of Tehillim—which is now chapter 71—and several times a week you should study chassidic teachings from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m. All this should be done at least until Yud Shevat 5711 (upcoming), as this is a broad vessel for drawing down blessings from a tzaddik—my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m—in this world of action.
I await good news from you regarding all the above.
