כמובן אופן היותר טוב מצד ההלכה הוא שיקחו הזרע לאחרי התשמיש מהאשה אלא שצריך להיות בסמיכת זמן, ובודאי יורה הרופא איך לעשות זה. וכבר עשו אנאליז באופן כזה והצליח.
הגאון מראגאצאב, אף שבכלל הוא מחמיר בענינים אלו, מתיר בשו"ת שלו (צפנת פענח ח"א ספ"ט) ג"כ באופן דיעשה כיס דחוק מאד על האבר דלא יהי' כלל אויר בין הכיס לאבר, ואז נשאר הזרע בכיס.
והשי"ת יעזור שיהי' הכל כשורה ובהצלחה.
הפ"נ שלו קראתיו בהיכל כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ שבו נכנסים ליחידות ונתינת פדיונות. ובודאי ברכם אותו ואת זוגתו תחי' בהמצטרך לו ולה ובפרט בזרעא חייא וקיימא והקב"ה ממלא ברכות צדיקים על מילואן. וכשישמח הוי' לבבם בטח יודיע הבשורה הטובה.

In response to your letter from Monday: Of course, the best way according to halachah is to collect the seed after relations from the woman, but it must be done within a short time frame. Certainly, the doctor will instruct how to do this. This method has already been used for analysis and was successful.
The Gaon of Rogatchov, although he is generally stringent in these matters, permits in his responsa (Tzafnat Paneach Vol. 1 sec. 89) as well that one may make a very tight pouch on the organ so that there is no air between the pouch and the organ, and then the seed remains in the pouch.
May Hashem help that everything should be proper and successful. I read your pidyon nefesh in the chamber of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, where people enter for yechidus and to give pidyonos. Surely he blessed you and your wife with all you need, especially with living and enduring offspring, and Hashem fulfills the blessings of tzaddikim completely.
When Hashem gladdens your hearts, surely you will inform me of the good news.
