Today your letters from the 1st and 5th of Sivan were received. From Medzui seven were received, and what belonged to Iyar was given to his wife, may she live.

Regarding the matters — you have surely received my letters from the 3rd and 5th of Sivan in the meantime, and from them you will see my reasons for your visit to Morocco now (since this is the beginning and it seems that R. M.L., may he live, is apparently confused about how to establish the work there and it is difficult to advise from a distance; therefore Yitzchak Shalom should visit there now. The first point is most important).

Also regarding discussions here about details of the work — it is not comparable if it becomes clear beforehand what possibilities exist in this matter and what assistance can be hoped for from those living there (regarding educators as well as resources, since there are very wealthy people there but they stand aside from such matters).

The kuntres for the holiday was surely received. Perhaps you know if R. Sh.Z. Gorowitz arranged anything regarding Kehot matters while he was with R. D. Brauman. Please inform me if you know; I wrote directly to him but there has been no reply (perhaps he is not in Paris).
