אשר יהי רצון שיקויימו בו הברכות אשר מברך אותו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ על מילואן בגשמיות וברוחניות. [וביחוד שיסתדר בקרוב ממש באופן המתאים לפניו בגו"ר בכל הפרטים].
ומבן חמש ועשרים שנה ומעלה יבוא לצבוא צבא (בהעלתך ח, כד) ובפירוש ענין הצבא במאמר י"ג שבט סו"ס המתחיל ועשו לי מקדש.
ולהעיר מכסף משנה להל' כלי המקדש פ"ג ה"ז.

In response to your letter: May it be G‑d's will that the blessings given to you by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, be fulfilled for you in both material and spiritual matters. [And especially that you will soon settle in a manner that is fitting for you in good and visible ways in every detail.]
And from twenty-five years old and upward he shall come to serve in the army (Behaalotecha 8:24), and see the explanation of the concept of "army" in the Maamar of 13 Shevat at the end of the discourse beginning "Ve'asu Li Mikdash." Also see Kesef Mishneh to Hilchot Klei HaMikdash chapter 3 halacha 7.
