ועיין במאמר שבקונטרס המתחיל לדבר במעלת השלום וברכת כהנים וידוע מרז"ל כשמונין שבחיו של אהרן אוהב שלום ורודף שלום (אבל אין מסתפק בזה, והוא) אוהב את הבריות (ראה הפירוש בתניא פל"ב) ומקרבן לתורה וצ"ל יוצאי חלציו כיוצא בו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
As I promised, I am enclosing the sichah from Shemini Atzeres and Simchas Torah in which you merited to be in the presence of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe shlita. Surely you remember these sichos from those days that should illuminate the entire year.
I am also enclosing a photo from a letter of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe shlita and the kuntres for Yud Tes Kislev, may it come upon us for good.
Without a doubt you will study them with proper depth and strive to fulfill what is written in these letters. See also the maamar in the kuntres that begins by speaking about the greatness of peace and Birkat Kohanim. It is known from our Sages that when they enumerate Aharon's virtues—he loved peace and pursued peace (but he did not suffice with this; rather), he loved people (see Tanya ch. 32) and brought them close to Torah. So too must his descendants be like him.

Summary
The Rebbe encourages deep study of chassidic teachings and emphasizes that Kohanim—and all Jews—should actively pursue peace and bring others closer to Torah, following Aharon's example.
