Your letter from the 27th of Tammuz and the one following it, along with your edits to Shulchan Aruch Admor HaZaken—thirteen pages—have been received. Although I have not yet reviewed them since they all just arrived at once, I hasten to confirm their receipt as you requested.
May it be G‑d's will that, as our Sages say that something done twice becomes established, so too just as the fasts of destruction were postponed twice—last year and this year—so may they be completely nullified. Not only should they be entirely permitted (see Yoma 6b: "even in that family line so too")—and note from Igros Kodesh section 26 that the word "gamur" is surrounded—but rather, may they be transformed into joy and gladness immediately.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages prompt acknowledgment of Torah efforts and expresses hope for the transformation of sorrowful days into times of joy with the ultimate redemption.
