במענה על מכתביו מי"ב וט"ז טבת ושתי הגלויות
א. הרב פאסטינסקי הוא רב בואנקובער, ממוקירי חב"ד ומתומכי ישיבת תו"ת, וראוי שיבואו בקשור עמדו ג"כ.
ב. תודה עבור השתדלות בהפצת "השמועסן". במקום מימיוגראף מתחילים אנו להדפיס את השמועסן, ובאשר בפעם הראשונה הי' תלוי בהכנות שונות, התאחרו לצאת לאור, אבל יופיעו אי"ה בשבוע זה ונשלחם אליו במספר המבוקש.
ג. להרב קאמיעניצקי שי', לבארענהאלץ, כהנאויטש, ולת"ת דטאראנטא נכתב אי"ה.
ד. בענין בי"ס לנערות נחוץ להשתדל בכל מיני השתדלות, שיוסד בעירכם. וכתוב בפרטיות במכתב הכללי שבטח יראהו ג"כ.
ה. שלחנו לכם היום כ-250 מהקו"ק של כ"ק אד"ש ליום התענית, אשר יצאו כעת לאור יחד עם התרגום האנגלי.
ו. שלחנו למר וואלאפסקי דו"ח מעבודת המל"ח בקשנוהו לפרסמו ב"נשר". ואולי נצרך לזרוז בזה מצדכם.
ז. נתקבל הטשעק ונתחלק כהוראתו.
ח. בודאי אין צריכים לזרוז בענין המעמד שכתב לי זה מכבר. ותימא שלא הזכיר דבר עד"ז במכתביו.

In response to your letters from the 12th and 16th of Teves and the two postcards:
A. Rabbi Fastinsky is the rabbi in Vancouver, an admirer of Chabad and a supporter of the Tomchei Tmimim Yeshivah. It is appropriate that you also connect with him.
B. Thank you for your efforts in distributing "HaShmuosen." Instead of mimeographing, we are beginning to print HaShmuosen. Since this is the first time and it depended on various preparations, there was a delay in publication. However, they will appear G‑d willing this week and we will send you the requested number.
C. To Rabbi Kamianetsky, to Barenholtz, Kahanovich, and to the Talmud Torah in Toronto a letter will be written G‑d willing.
D. Regarding a girls' school: it is necessary to make every possible effort so that one will be established in your city. This is written in detail in the general letter which you will surely see as well.
E. Today we sent you about 250 copies of the holy words of our master and teacher for the fast day, which have just now been published together with their English translation.
F. We sent Mr. Walofsky a report about the work of Melach; ask him to publish it in "Nesher." Perhaps some encouragement from your side is needed here as well.
G. The check was received and distributed according to your instructions.
H. Surely there is no need to urge regarding the maamad (financial support) that you wrote to me about some time ago. It is surprising that you did not mention anything about this in your recent letters.
