In response to your letter from the 26th of Elul, 5702, we are, with G‑d's help, ready to assist in providing material for the "Chaver" journal as much as possible if you fulfill the conditions we set in our previous letters. The second part of the "Soldsher" will take up significant space in the newspaper, and you are permitted to print laws and stories from previous "Shmuessen" (talks), except for the new one appearing in the "Chaver", provided that at the beginning of the article it is noted that it was taken from the "Shmuessen", etc., as you did when printing the "Soldsher".

We received your letter from Tzom Gedaliah, and we will send him the "Shmuessen" from Cheshvan, G‑d willing, as you requested. We cannot send him five copies from last Kislev; only from Shevat onward will be sent these days, as we no longer have booklets from Kislev and Teves.

With blessings for a gmar chasimah tovah immediately for teshuvah and immediately for redemption.
