It was with pleasure that I received volume 3 of Encyclopedia Talmudit through Mr. Bar Lev, and I express my heartfelt thanks to your honor for this precious gift.

Although I have not yet had the opportunity to study it with the attention it deserves, even upon a first glance while leafing through it, one can already see the tremendous effort and extensive research invested throughout all Talmudic literature—Rishonim, Acharonim, and even later authorities. The power of the author is evident in the excellent organization and clarity of language.

Without a doubt, this valuable book will bring great benefit—especially in our times when, unfortunately, the treasures of Torah are closed off to many among our people, and many do not have the time to delve into the sources. Such a well-organized book fulfills an important role: it allows anyone to easily find concise summaries of what they seek with sources clearly indicated for those who wish to study them further. In addition, it is a rich treasure for Torah learners and those engaged in its study.
