It is with pleasure that I learned you have considered, and are able to implement, establishing a regular public shiur in Chassidus at the Anshei Balakow synagogue. There is no doubt you will succeed in this, as is well known from the Alter Rebbe's assurance that through his self-sacrifice he effected that chassidim who engage in his matters will succeed. As further encouragement, I am writing to express my own blessing as well—that you should have success in actual deed, both for yourselves and for the listeners; meaning that the study should improve their situation regarding action, as the Zohar says: "Action above."

This also connects to this week's parsha—the mitzvah of Terumah—to elevate the group above its current state and standing. Through this, they become completely united with G‑d's essence, as briefly alluded to in Tanya chapter 47: "VeYikchu Li Terumah," meaning "for Me," i.e., "Me Myself." See there.

I bless you that all of the above should also increase light in your personal matters, so each one of you and your families be blessed with all they need.
