געוויס האט איר א דאקטאר וועלכער זאגט אייך ווי איר זאלט זיך אויפפירן, און איר פאלגט אויס ווי ער זאגט אייך,
בכלל דארפן חסידים - סיי מענער און סיי פרויען - וויסן, ווי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר האט אמאל געשריבן צו איינעם אז חסידים זיינען ניט עלענט במילא דארפט איר זיין שטארק אין בטחון אז דורך דעם וואס מען איז פארבונדען מיט חסידים און דרכי החסידים איז מען דורכדעם אויך פארבונדן מיט דעם אילנא דחייא - דער קוואל פון לעבען - במילא דארפמען ניט זיין פארזארגט, און זיין שטארק אין בטחון אז השם יתברך וועט אייך פירן און שיקן אייך אלעס וואס איר דארפט, און אז מען איז שטארק אין דעם בטחון, פועל'ט מען אז מען זעט דאס אויך מיט די פליישיגע אויגען אין דעם טאג טעגליכן לעבן.

Surely you have a doctor who tells you how to conduct yourself, and you follow his instructions. In general, Chassidim—both men and women—must know, as my revered father-in-law the Rebbe once wrote to someone, that Chassidim are never alone. Therefore, you must be strong in your trust that through being connected with Chassidim and the ways of Chassidus, one is thereby also connected with the Ilana DeChaya (the Tree of Life—the source of life). Therefore, there is no need to worry; rather, be strong in your trust that Hashem Yisbarach will lead you and provide everything you need. And when one is strong in this trust, it brings about that one sees this with one's own physical eyes in daily life.
I hope you will be able to inform me of good news regarding your improved health condition. I conclude with the blessing for a speedy recovery.
