I received your letter from the 24th of Sivan in which you inform me that you have received your exit permit as well as the necessary affidavit. May it be His will that everything be arranged at the proper time and in its proper place, and may Hashem bring you to your true desired destination, which is the desire of Hashem, at an auspicious and successful hour.
Surely you have seen the talk from Shabbat Mevarchim Kislev 5711, in which it discusses the responsibility that students from Eretz Yisrael take upon themselves when traveling abroad to study Torah.
