הרב אריה לייב לוין (ו' בניסן ה'תרמ"ה – ט' בניסן ה'תשכ"ט; 22 במרץ 1885 – 28 במרץ 1969) היה משגיח ירושלמי שנודע כאיש חסד. כונה אבי האסירים או רב האסירים. בירושלים היה ידוע בשם ר' אריה.

Rabbi Aryeh Levin (6th of Nissan 5645 - 9th of Nissan 5729; March 22, 1885 – March 28, 1969) was a Jerusalem Mashgiach known as a man of kindness. He was called the Father of Prisoners or the Prisoners' Rabbi. In Jerusalem, he was known as Rabbi Aryeh.

Although the Rebbe and Rabbi Aryeh Levin never met in person, a special connection was formed between them, which continued until Rabbi Aryeh Levin's passing in 1969 (5729). Among the letters that the Rebbe wrote to him, one can find titles such as "the righteous rabbi... a true lover of Israel.
