These are the Rebbe's letters to individuals about their own situations. Throughout, the Rebbe instructed people to consult an expert doctor and follow his guidance; anyone facing a medical question should do the same.

The Rebbe's guidance to people with heart conditions:

Seek the best expertise. The level of the advisers matters; where possible, arrange a joint consultation with top heart specialists (IK 5762).

Avoid excitement and agitation, as the expert doctors advise (IK 1752).

Don't be overcome by fear. In one letter the Rebbe wrote that a person's fear of a sudden heart attack was, in his opinion, greatly exaggerated, and encouraged him to strengthen his trust in Hashem (IK 1019).
