ומבקשים מכתב ממני לחוברת הראשונה, הנה במקום מכתב - שיקח זמן וכו' - הייתי מציע שיפרסמו תרגום מהשיחה המצורפת בזה.
וכמדובר כמה פעמים, מה שנוגע הוא התוכן ולא תרגום מילולי, ולכן יש לשים לב שיהי' בשפה ברורה ובסגנון המתאים, כי עיקר הכוונה שיתקבלו הדברים על הקוראים.

Surely you received my previous letter, and thank you for your letter and its enclosure which have meanwhile arrived. Certainly, now that you have already moved into your new residence in Jerusalem may it be rebuilt and established, your activities will progress and expand at a rapid pace.
In response to your letter about wanting to publish a special journal for academics and requesting a letter from me for the first issue: instead of a letter—which would take time etc.—I would suggest publishing a translation of the attached talk.
As has been discussed several times, what matters is the content and not a literal translation; therefore, care should be taken that it is in clear language and an appropriate style, since the main purpose is that the ideas be accepted by the readers.
Enclosed is also a general letter which you will surely be able to use well.
