כמנהגי מאז, מצו"ב העתקי מכתבים כלליים, שיש להם שייכות מיוחדת לבנות, ובודאי ישתדל שיתורגמו לצרפתית למען תלמידות בית רבקה שבהדרכתו, וממילא יהיו לתועלת גם לכל דוברי צרפתית בכל מקום. וכמדובר כמה פעמים שהתרגום יהי' חפשי כדי שירוץ בו הקורא. ות"ח ת"ח להודיעני בשורות טובות בזה.
כן מצו"ב העתק מכתב מענה לתלמידות הת"ת דמונטריאול, שאף שאינני יודע [א]ם כת"ר עומד בקשר עמהן, אבל בודאי יודע מהן והמוסד שלומדות בו.

As is my custom from long ago, I am enclosing copies of general letters that have special relevance to girls. Certainly, you will see to it that they are translated into French for the students of Beis Rivka under your guidance, and as a result, they will also benefit all French speakers everywhere. As has been discussed several times, the translation should be free-flowing so that the reader can easily understand it. Please inform me of good news regarding this.
I am also enclosing a copy of a letter in response to the students of the Talmud Torah in Montreal. Although I do not know if your honor is in contact with them, you surely know about them and the institution where they study.
As we approach the festival of Shavuos, the time of the giving of our Torah, which is coming upon us and all Israel for good, I am sending you and all those connected with you my blessing for a joyous holiday—and in the customary style in Beis HaRav: to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness, and to draw from this joy and inwardness throughout the entire year.
