We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 3rd of Adar and its enclosure. In accordance with the instructions of my revered teacher and master shlita, we wish to point out the following:
1) It is obvious that there must be good editing done immediately on site regarding: (1) the content—which is most essential and necessary; as well as (2) concerning the style and similar matters.
2) Since there is a delay—it is possible that it is not being done in the Beit HaDefus of Kehot.
3) The name should be as it appears here but with emphasis on including Kfar Chabad and Nachalat Har Chabad.
4) If this does not cause a delay—they should also clarify and include the Kolel Torah Ohr.
5) Regarding the notes—it is as above, and most important—a meticulous review must be done immediately on site, with those responsible both for Nigleh (revealed Torah) and for Chassidus.
