רבא בנוגע לסנהדרי גדולה שעליהם "לילך ולקשור חבלים של ברזל במתניהם ולהגבי' בגדיהם למעלה מארכובותיהן ויחזרו בכל עיירות ישראל כו' וילמדו את ישראל כו' כדי שיתגדל ויתקדש שמו של הקב"ה בעולמות כולן שברא מסוף העולם ועד סופו" (שם פ' י"א).

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the book Sanhedri Gedolah, volume five, which you merited to publish with additional content, etc.—the teachings of the early sages who are like angels, by whose light we live and walk, even to the daily life of today.
And in accordance with our Sages' saying: "Perhaps there is something to this," may it be G‑d's will that everyone who can influence their surroundings—whether through speech or by spreading our Torah, the Torah of truth—should utilize this influence as much as possible. This is in line with "Mishpitecha leYaakov veToratecha leYisrael" (Your judgments to Yaakov and Your Torah to Israel), and as explained in Tanna D'vei Eliyahu Rabbah regarding the Sanhedri Gedolah: they must go out and tie iron cords around their waists and lift their garments above their knees and travel through all the towns of Israel, etc., teaching Israel so that the name of the Holy One Blessed Be He will be magnified and sanctified in all worlds He created from one end of the world to the other (see there ch. 11).

Summary
The Rebbe urges us to use every means at our disposal to spread Torah teachings and positively influence those around us, following the example set by our sages so that G‑d's name is sanctified everywhere.
