בהנוגע — : — א) בטחון עצמי, חשק בעבודתה וכו' – תתבונן בזה 1) כאו"א מבנ"י הוא

הוא ענין דפקו"נ

ממש

ובטח תועיל להנ"ל.

ב) עזר להעולים מרוסיא כו' שי' – נחוץ במאד

וחיוני

ומועיל ביותר באם קשור בפגישה ודבור באופן בלתי פורמַלי פא"פ וכו'.

ג) לשידוך – תתייעץ בהמכיר(ים) את המדובר

ואין

נוגע בדבר.

Regarding: a) Self-confidence and motivation in her work, etc. – she should contemplate this: 1) Every single Jew is a messenger of the Holy One to illuminate the world, etc. 2) The education of children – now it is truly a matter of pikuach nefesh (saving lives), and it will surely be beneficial for her.

b) Assistance to immigrants from Russia, etc. – this is very necessary, vital, and most effective if it is connected with informal meetings and conversations face-to-face, etc.

c) Regarding shidduchim – she should consult with those who know the person in question and have no personal interest in the matter. I will mention this at the Tziyun.
