I will mention it at an auspicious time for what is needed for him. And he should see to it to do what depends on him in the natural way—and he will succeed and be blessed.
Regarding what you wrote about the conduct of the world, etc.—behold, both I and those better than me sometimes do not understand it—but what wonder is there if a created being does not comprehend the wisdom of the Creator?
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that while we must make our own efforts within nature, ultimate success comes from above. It is normal not to understand G‑d's ways; as creations, we cannot expect to fully grasp the Creator's wisdom.
