I am uplifted by the good news and the awakening and increase in Mishpat — this is Torah — and in tzedakah. May it be G‑d's will that very soon we merit the fulfillment of the promise: 'Tzion beMishpat Tipadeh v'Shaveha b'Tzedakah' ("Zion will be redeemed through justice and her returnees through charity") with the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu, and may these days be transformed to joy and gladness.
