אשר עיני ה"א בה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית שנה,

של מלך מלכי המלכים הקב"ה. שה"רשיון" לארץ הקודש הוא הכנה והוספה בשמירת רצון הקב"ה עוד קודם הנסיעה, ועל אחת כמה וכמה בהגיע לארץ.
ואין
לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.
ויהי רצון שתהי' דוגמא חי' לכל הנוסעות לארץ ישראל, אפילו לביקור קצר, ואין צריך לומר לזמן ארוך יותר.

In response to your letter from Tuesday of Menachem Av: May it be G‑d's will that your arrival in our holy land will be as is customary—which has its foundation in Torah and as Rashi says: 'Eretz Yisrael is higher than all other lands'—an ascent in spirituality, in the study of Judaism and observance of mitzvos.
If in every country one must obtain an entry permit, how much more so for the land upon which the eyes of Hashem are always from the beginning of the year until its end—a palace of the King of kings, the Holy One blessed be He. The permit for entry into Eretz HaKodesh is preparation and an increase in fulfilling the will of Hashem even before traveling—and certainly upon arrival in the land. Nothing stands in the way of one's will.
May it be G‑d's will that you serve as a living example for all those traveling to Eretz Yisrael, even for a short visit—and certainly for a longer stay.
