הבע"ל יבואו לביקור באה"ק ת"ו הפרופסור זאב שי' גרין, ביחד עם זוגתו תחי', אשר יד ושם לו במדע, ביחוד במקצוע הבקטריאולוגי', ובפרט בנוגע לטיסה בחלל וכו'. וזה מזמן שהתקרבו לחב"ד ומנצלים השפעתם להפצת התורה והמצוה.

שליט"א יהנה במאוד להפגש אתו ולראות איך הי' אצלו אתהפכא מן הקצה אל הקצה, מה שחשוב ביותר במקרה שלו כי יש לו עמדה חשובה במקצוע המדע כנ"ל. ולכן הצעתי לד"ר גרין להתקשר את כת"ר שי', שנוסף על ההנאה של כת"ר לדבר אתו, תקותי שיוכל לסדר בשבילו פגישה עם ידידנו שליט"א, ות"ח מראש.
בודאי קבל כת"ר פ"ש מפורטת מהמבקרים מאה"ק ת"ו שחזרו מכאן, ויהי רצון שביקורם יביא תוצאות טובות לימים יבואו, טוב לשמים וטוב לבריות גם יחד,

בשיעור הנלמד על ידי הרב עדין שי' שטינזלץ בחוג אנשי מדע וכו', מהחששא שלא ירצו לצאת ידי חובתו בזה תמורת ביקור פרטי אצל ידידנו שליט"א. אבל מובן ופשוט שכענין בפ"ע גם זה נכון במאד.

Next week, the baal yiboh will come for a visit to our holy community together with Professor Zev Green and his wife, who have made a name for themselves in science, especially in the field of bacteriology, and particularly regarding space flight, etc. For some time now they have become close to Chabad and are using their influence to spread Torah and mitzvah observance.
I think our dear friend shlita will greatly enjoy meeting him and seeing how he has experienced a complete transformation from one extreme to the other—something especially significant in his case since he holds an important position in the scientific field as mentioned above.
Therefore I suggested to Dr. Green that he contact Keter Rashi; besides the pleasure Keter will have speaking with him, I hope he can arrange a meeting with our dear friend shlita as well—thank you in advance.
Surely Keter received a detailed report from the visitors from our holy community who returned from here, and may it be G‑d's will that their visit brings good results for the days to come—good for Heaven and good for people alike, as our Sages said (may their memory be blessed).

P.S. Although I wrote above that I do not know if our friend Rashi shlita will have time to see him, nevertheless I think it would be very good for them to meet.
I did not write to Dr. Green yet about participating in the class taught by Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz for the group of scientists etc., out of concern that they might consider this sufficient instead of a private visit with our dear friend shlita. But it is clear and simple that as an additional matter this is also very appropriate.
