As I conveyed to the rabbis: Certainly, this matter does not concern him (regarding what pertains to the synagogue and study hall) of Harav etc. Harav A. HaLevi Popak—since this has continued from the lifetime of the holy Rebbe, my father-in-law. And let it be as above in this letter—with success, and may Lubavitch in Lubavitch be a great house with all the explanations of our Sages (Megillah 27a). I will mention at the resting place.
