ב) בנוגע לנסיעה מאהקת"ו לחוץ לארץ כו' – אין כדאית (עכ"פ לע"ע) נסיעתה.
בטח משתתפת בפעולות נשי חב"ד בכפר חב"ד וה' יצליחן.
הפ"נ יקרא בעת רצון על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

In response to your letter from the 20th of Tammuz: a) Regarding changing your home, etc.—this should be discussed with your husband, may he live, but certainly you should remain specifically in Kfar Chabad, for there Hashem commanded the blessing. b) Regarding traveling from your location abroad, etc.—it is not worthwhile (according to my humble opinion) for you to travel. Surely you participate in the activities of Nshei Chabad in Kfar Chabad and may Hashem grant you success. Your note will be read at an auspicious time at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
