נ.ב. בעת רצון יעלה זכרונו על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר למילוי משאלותיו לטובה ולברכה בתוכן מכתבו, וכמובן ופשוט בסיום מכתבו – נחת אמתי, נחת יהודי מסורתי, מכל או"א מילידיו שיחיו ביחד עם זוג' שתחי'. ועזרתו והשתדלותו בביסוס והתפתחות כפר חב"ד, שהוא מיסודו והנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אשר על ציון שלו יזכירוהו, בודאי תעמוד להם, ובטח עוד יוסיפו בזה כהנה וכהנה מתאים לדרישת השעה להתפתחות הכפר ובפרט בקשר עם העולים החדשים, וכל המוסיף מוסיפין לו. ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל.

Shalom u'Vrachah! In recent days I received your letter from the 6th of Iyar, in which you write about the upcoming elections for the council of Emek Lod and related matters.
May it be G‑d's will that the desire of Hashem will succeed through you and all who assist you to direct the council's work in the spirit of Torah and tradition—our Torah of truth and life—a guide for daily living even in our world.
In accordance with the command to always ascend in holiness—which is not only a command but also an empowerment from Hashem, Creator of man—surely you will further strengthen the foundation of Torah and mitzvah matters in our holy land, a land where "the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year to its end" (Devarim 11:12), until you become an example in all these matters for other councils throughout Eretz HaKodesh, so that others will see and do likewise—to walk on the holy path as commanded by our sacred Torah and its mitzvos, about which we bless "Who has sanctified us with His commandments."
The merit of your past activities in this area will stand by you for success in future endeavors with joy and gladness of heart.
With honor and extending greetings to all who join you in this work as described above—and in traditional style: to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness.
P.S. At an auspicious time I will mention you at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Admor (may his merit protect us), for fulfillment of your requests for good and blessing as mentioned in your letter. As is obvious at the end of your letter—true nachas, traditional Jewish nachas from all your children together with your wife.
Your help and efforts to strengthen and develop Kfar Chabad—which was founded and is directed by my father-in-law, the Admor (may his merit protect us), at whose resting place you are mentioned—will surely stand by you; certainly you will continue to increase these efforts as required by current needs for development of the village, especially regarding new immigrants. Whoever increases is given increased blessing. May you have good news regarding all these matters.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that communal leadership must be guided by Torah values and tradition. By strengthening Torah observance publicly, one sets a positive example for others and merits Divine blessing for continued success—especially when helping develop Jewish communities in Eretz Yisrael.
