שליט"א יתפלל בביהכ"נ ובביהמ"ד הצ"צ אשר בירושלים השלימה בראש חודש כסלו הבע"ל – נשלח על ידי אחד התלמידים התמימים שי' שנסע במוצש"ק זה לאה"ק ת"ו – משקה לכת"ר מההתועדות דש"ק זה, שבת מברכים ראש חודש כסלו, שיגיע, כפי המדובר, ליד כת"ר ערב ראש חודש, ובטח יהי' כת"ר שליח טוב להביא המשקה בשמי לההתועדות לאחרי התפלה בביהכ"נ וביהמ"ד הנ"ל, בר"ח, וכנ"ל בהדגשה שזהו משבת קודש מברכים כל החודש, ובפרט – ראש חודש כסלו ועניניו.
וימלא השי"ת כל הברכות אשר ברכו את ידידנו שליט"א במילואן, ובסגנון דברכת החודש, יחדשהו הקב"ה עלינו ועל כל עמו בית ישראל לחיים ולשלום לששון ולשמחה לישועה ולנחמה, ועד לנחמה המיועדת

I acknowledge receipt of your letter and am sure you will write in more detail regarding the events you mentioned only very briefly.
At this time I am writing in connection with the good news that our friend shlita will pray in the Beit Knesset and Beit Midrash tzt"z in Jerusalem on Rosh Chodesh Kislev this coming year – sent by one of the temimim students who traveled this Motzaei Shabbat to Eretz HaKodesh – mashkeh from the recent farbrengen of this Shabbat Mevarchim Rosh Chodesh Kislev, which will arrive, as discussed, to your hands on Erev Rosh Chodesh. Surely you will be a good emissary to bring the mashkeh in my name to the farbrengen after prayers in the above-mentioned Beit Knesset and Beit Midrash, with blessing, and as emphasized that it is from Shabbat Kodesh Mevarchim all month long, especially Rosh Chodesh Kislev and its matters.
May Hashem fulfill all the blessings given to our friend shlita in full measure, in the style of Birkat HaChodesh: may the Holy One renew it upon us and upon all His people Israel for life and peace, for gladness and joy, for salvation and comfort—up to the destined comfort "Nachamu Nachamu Ami" ("Comfort, comfort My people")—with the true and complete redemption through Mashiach Tzidkeinu.
