Fortunate is your lot that you chose Rabbi Pinchas HaKohen shlita as the rabbi of your community and as Rosh Yeshiva, for he is among the outstanding students of the holy Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch yeshiva.
Certainly, with the cooperation of each and every one of you, the blessing "Bless us our Father all as one in the light of Your countenance" will be fulfilled in you—to establish and expand the community in accordance with current needs and beyond—until the prophecy of our Sages z"l is fulfilled: "In the future, synagogues and study halls in Babylon will be established in Eretz Yisrael at the true and complete redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu."
