Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 9th of Menachem Av and those before it, it is surprising that apparently your involvement in a shidduch for your daughter—may she live—is not with the necessary vigor. May it be G‑d's will that from now on you will act with increased energy and strength in this matter, and "you have toiled and you have found" will be fulfilled soon.

Regarding the suggestions you write about, I do not see any reason to prioritize one over another since, as it appears from your letter, the information about each is good. To avoid unnecessary questions about this matter, begin with whichever can be acted upon first. It does not matter which yeshivah he learns in as long as he is G‑d-fearing, etc.

To further expedite this matter, this letter is being sent quickly and urgently.

I hope that you have already received from Haraha"ch etc. etc. Ephraim the sum due to you for your holy work in matters of the network as compensation for lost time, and a monthly amount as we discussed during your visit here. Certainly you will inform me of how much is still owed to you.

From all the above it is clear that the idea of visiting here together with your son—may he live—does not seem appropriate to me; on the contrary, increase your holy activities in the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak network there—at whose resting place they will mention you—and increase your vigor regarding a shidduch for your daughter—may she live—as well as what I have spoken with you many times regarding arranging matters for yourself; I mean regarding shidduchim and similar matters.

Certainly there is enough time and energy to deal with all these things at once—especially since your holy work in Eretz HaKodesh assists you—and I look forward to good news.

Blessings for success and for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year.
