I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Parshat Noach, which reached me after a considerable delay (apparently due to a lack of stamps, as noted on the envelope).
I was saddened that a misunderstanding caused you distress—and consequently also myself—regarding the letters of our master and teacher, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso b'gan eden may his merit shield us. They were sent back to their sender at that time, our friend Mr. Shmuel HaKohen Avidor.
I repeat my request for your forgiveness.
