I join all those who wish you every good thing in connection with your birthday and add my own blessing that Hashem should lengthen your days and years with goodness and pleasantness, with proper health and abundant material blessings.
I was especially glad to hear that your birthday celebration will take place in the synagogue founded by the holy tzt"z in the Old City of Jerusalem, the city that is united together.
May it be G‑d's will that all the blessings you have received be fulfilled for you, especially since we are now in the month of Kislev—a month of success, redemption, and salvation for our people in general and for our community in particular—and specifically through peace, as it is written: "Peduyim b'Shalom" (redeemed with peace).
With appreciation, respect, and a straightforward blessing for all matters concerning our entire people Bnei Yisrael and also regarding your personal matters—which are themselves a complete world.

P.S. Due to certain circumstances there was a delay in sending this letter. I have just now received word that you prayed and were called up to the Torah at the synagogue of the tzt"z, and that your speech was on the verse: "Hoshia es Amecha u'Varech es Nachalasecha u'Re'em v'Nase'em ad haOlam" (Save Your people and bless Your inheritance; tend them and elevate them forever), which reminds us that if we always look to Hashem for salvation, how much more so must we do so in our present times.
