...החוברת "ממעמקים" נתקבלה ות"ח.
לפלא גדול על שאין מנצל כל אפשריותו (ע"י המכ"ע וכיו"ב) להפיץ היהדות המסורתית וערכי' (כולל - הפצת המעינות ג"כ, כמובן). ואם לא עכשיו - אימתי?!
והתירוץ ששמעתי מאחר "מה תאמר המערכת", עניתיו - שמקורו בלתי טהור, שברוב המכריע - גם אין לו יסוד. ושאם אין נמנעים כלל מלריב עם המערכת על "הרמת" המשכורת הגשמית, למה לא יתנהגו ככה (עכ"פ - מעין תוקף זה) בנוגע להרמת תוכן המאמרים והידיעות וכו'?
נדפסה ב"היכל מנחם" ח"ג ע' קג, והושלמה עפ"י העתקה.
ואם לא עכשיו - אימתי: אבות פ"א מ"ד.

The booklet "MiMa'amakim" was received, thank you very much.
It is truly astonishing that you are not utilizing all your opportunities (through the press, etc.) to spread traditional Judaism and its values (including, of course, spreading the wellsprings of Chassidus as well). If not now—when?!
As for the excuse I heard from someone else, "What will the editorial board say?", I answered that its source is impure, and in most cases it has no basis at all. If people do not refrain at all from arguing with the editorial board about raising their material salary, why should they not act similarly (at least with a similar degree of assertiveness) regarding elevating the content of articles and information, etc.?
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that one must use every possible avenue to promote Judaism and its values, showing as much determination for spiritual matters as for material ones. Excuses based on others' opinions should not deter us from this vital mission.
