May it be G‑d's will that you have success in your work for the benefit of the institutions which were established and are conducted in the spirit of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, at whose holy resting place you will be mentioned for much success, as will all those involved in this work.
May it be G‑d's will that your activity in the above-mentioned matter should be in a manner of continually adding more and more. This is also the lesson from the days of Chanukah, which we have just concluded: that we add to the light (the light which is connected with Ner Mitzvah v'Torah Or—"a mitzvah is a lamp and Torah is light") from day to day.
