For it is a good and holy mission—to educate the children of Israel, about whom it is said regarding each one: "You are children to the L‑rd your G‑d." Especially according to the well-known saying of the Baal Shem Tov, that the love of Hashem for every single Jew is incomparably greater than the love of elderly parents for their only child born to them in their old age.
