און ווי באוואוסט דער ווארט פון מיין שווער כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, אויף דעם וואס שטייט, עולמך תראה בחייך, צו פארטיילען די ענינים פאר צדקה תורה ומצות באם לעבען, און דאס איז אויך א סגולה צו אריכות ימים ושנים טובות,
און מיר זיינען צוגעזאגט געווארען אין ענליכע פאלען, אז ווען מען באשליסט מיט א שטארקייט, העלפט השם יתברך צו דורכפירען דאס מיט פיל ווייניגער שוועריקייטען ווי מ'האט זיך פארגעשטעלט, און מ'טוט דאס מיט גוטען געזונט גוטע שטימונג און מיט אמת'ע פרייד.
און מיר געפינען זיך דאך אין דעם חדש ניסן, חדש הגאולה, באפרייאונג פון אלע שטערונגען וועכלע זיינען אין וועג, צו אויספילען דעם גוטען וילען אין דער פולסטער מאס.

After a longer trip, your letter from the 29th of Adar Sheini with its enclosures reached me. In it you write that Hashem Yisbarach helped you and fulfilled your heart's desire for good—to dedicate your home for the benefit of Agudas Chabad, with the purpose that it should serve as a house of prayer and Torah study.
Certainly this is a good beginning to complete the matter in such a way that you yourself, during your lifetime, will enjoy and experience joy from it, and that you will personally participate together with your husband in the prayers held in this building.
As is well known from my father-in-law, the holy Rebbe Nasi Yisrael, regarding what is written: "Olamcha tireh b'chayecha" (You shall see your world in your lifetime)—to distribute matters for tzedakah, Torah, and mitzvos during one's lifetime—and this is also a segulah (spiritual remedy) for long life and good years. We have been assured in similar cases that when one decides with strength, Hashem Yisbarach helps to carry it out with far fewer difficulties than imagined, and one does so with good health, good spirits, and true joy.
And we are now in the month of Nissan—the month of redemption—liberation from all obstacles that stand in the way of fulfilling one's good will to its fullest extent.
With blessing for good tidings in all mentioned matters and for a kosher and joyous Pesach.
