Shalom u'Vrachah!

I acknowledge receipt of your letter. As we stand between one redemption (of the Mitteler Rebbe) and another redemption (of the Alter Rebbe), both of which were established as festivals for all generations as an everlasting remembrance—and the redemption and its content are connected to the words of David, King of Israel, on behalf of every Jew: "Padah v'Shalom Nafshi miKarev Li ki b'Rabim hayu imadi" (He redeemed my soul in peace from battles against me because many were with me)—may it be G‑d's will that in accordance with our Sages' teaching on this verse: The Holy One says that anyone who occupies himself with Torah study, acts of kindness, and prays with the congregation—I consider it as if he has redeemed Me and My children from among the nations—so may each individual be strengthened, together with all Israel, in these three lines: involvement in Torah study, involvement in acts of kindness (and mitzvos in general), and service through prayer—all illuminated by the teachings of those mentioned above—the teachings of Chassidus.

And may all this be in a state of redemption from all obstacles and hindrances. And may it be done in a manner of continually increasing light in all these matters—until our complete and true redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days.
