נעם לי לקרות מפעולותיו בקהלת בעריא, ויהי רצון שתהי' זה התחלה טובה לפעולות בכיוון הדרוש ובאופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור, והרי זכות הרבים מסייעתו ובפרט שפעולות כאלו ה"ה אהבת ישראל טובתם הרוחנית וגם הגשמית, וכמבואר בתורת החסידות [מתחיל מהבעש"ט ותלמידיו ולכל לראש רבנו הזקן - אשר השנה שנת המאה וחמשים להסתלקות הילולא שלו -] איך דאהבת ישראל אהבת תורה ואהבת השם, חד הוא...

May it be G‑d's will that, as stated in the telegram, you will share good news in a visible and revealed way, as well as regarding improved health and healing.
I was pleased to read about your activities in the Berea community. May this be a good beginning for further activities in the necessary direction and in a manner of continually increasing light. The merit of the many assists you—especially since such activities are expressions of Ahavas Yisrael, benefiting both spiritually and materially. As explained in Chassidus (beginning with the Baal Shem Tov and his students, especially our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe—this year marks one hundred fifty years since his passing), Ahavas Yisrael, love of Torah, and love of G‑d are one...
With blessings to hear good news in all mentioned above and for activities related to Kislev—the month of miracles and redemption—especially spreading the wellsprings outward.
