Shalom u'Vrachah! [Notes on Sefer Beis HaMikdash [Shefer]. Jerusalem, 5722]

At the beginning: The form of the Beis HaMikdash according to the Tiferes Yisrael. Sixteen or fifteen steps—they were like half a circular threshing floor (Middos 2:5), not as depicted in the Tiferes Yisrael commentary and copied in this book. See page 13.

The Har HaBayis and its roof were entirely covered. Its length was 500 cubits, etc. It is necessary to note and explain regarding the Beis HaMikdash (which is also included in the area of these 500 cubits). Especially since it appears from the commentators that the entire Beis HaMikdash was not included in the aforementioned roofing, and obviously several places within it were not roofed. See commentators on Middos chapter 2.

In all diagrams of Har HaBayis in the book—there is no indication or sign (as is usual in diagrams) for roofing! There.

Gates... their height is 20 cubits—this refers to the height of the space and opening of the gate. See page 44.

The upper story's length—it should be 61 cubits, not 60.

At the end, see page 51: The place of guarding. The Kohanim—from inside; the Leviim—from outside. The explanation is missing. See Raavad on Tamid at its beginning; Minchas Chinuch mitzvah 388.

See page 52: Ish Har HaBayis. One person, etc.—it seems clear that he was a Kohen, since this too is part of guarding, and furthermore he was appointed over the Kohanim regarding their service. This is not similar to Petachya Zeh Mordechai regarding acquisition (Shekalim chapter 5). For now I have not found any sefer that discusses this.
