בהיות ממשמש ובא יום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ובאשר כ' זכה לקירובו ולברכותיו, בטוח אני אשר גם ביום ההילולא הזה יעורר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר רחמים עליו בתוך כל המקושרים אליו שיתקיימו כל הברכות שנתברך מאתו ולכל המצטרך לו.

מוסג"פ תזכיר בענין המכאיב הוא מצב העולים החדשים, ואם נפלו איזו בטויים שאולי חריפים קצת, הרי לגודל הצער, אין אדם נתפס על צערו.

As the day of the hillula (yahrzeit) of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal approaches, and since you merited his closeness and blessings, I am confident that also on this day of hillula the Rebbe will arouse mercy upon you among all those connected to him so that all the blessings with which you were blessed by him will be fulfilled for everything you need.

Enclosed is a memorandum regarding the painful situation of new immigrants. If some expressions used are perhaps a bit harsh, it is due to great distress; a person is not held accountable for his pain. Because of the importance and severity of this issue—I am sending this memorandum also to several others; perhaps they will act and have influence in this matter.
