ויהי רצון מהשי"ת המשגיח על כאו"א בהשגחה פרטית (וכמבואר בארוכה באר היטב בתורת הבעש"ט, וידועה הוכחת רבנו הזקן בעל התניא - פוסק בנסתר דתורה - והשו"ע - פוסק בנגלה דתורה - אשר גמרא ערוכה בזה (חולין ס"ג ע"א) עה"פ משפטיך תהום רבה כי הוה חזי שלך אמר עיין שם בפירוש רש"י) יצליחו בהמצטרך לו בגו"ר.
מתאים לתוכן כתבו, תקותי שלמותר לעוררו ע"ד הכרח הפצת המעינות תורת הבעש"ט ולכל לראש בקביעות עתים בלימוד תורה זו מספרי תלמידיו וכיו"ב קביעות בכל יום ובהוספה ביום השבת אשר קדש הוא לה'.

In response to your letter from 7 Cheshvan with its enclosure in which you write about an endorsement for what you are preparing for print, etc., it is well known and publicized that this is not the custom in the house of the Rebbeim. May it be G‑d's will—He who supervises each individual with Divine Providence (as explained at length and very clearly in the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov; and as is known from the proof of our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya—the halachic authority in the mystical dimension of Torah—and Shulchan Aruch—the halachic authority in the revealed dimension of Torah—that there is a clear Gemara on this (Chullin 63a) on the verse Mishpatecha Tehom Rabbah ["Your judgments are like a great deep"]: when he would see a shalach bird he would say... see there Rashi's commentary)—that you will succeed in all your needs for good speedily.
In line with your letter's content, I trust it is unnecessary to remind you about the necessity to spread forth the wellsprings—the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov—and above all to establish fixed times for studying this Torah from his students' books and similar works; to have such fixed times every day and with extra study on Shabbat, which is holy to Hashem.
