In response to your letter from Sunday with its enclosure. Thank you for your attention in sending me your edited article for the upcoming festival of redemption, Yud Tes Kislev—our redemption and the redemption of our soul. In the words of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe (the Rashab), of blessed memory: "The festival that redeemed our soul in peace, and light and vitality for our soul was given to us." This day is Rosh Hashanah for Chassidus, which our holy ancestors bequeathed to us—this is the teaching of the Baal Shem Tov (see Hayom Yom, p.4).
May it be G‑d's will that you continue for many years to increase in spreading the wellsprings outward, within the broader dissemination of Judaism in general, and may you do so with proper health, joy, and gladness of heart so that there will soon be a complete recovery.

It is surprising that your article (on page 1 as well as page 3) omitted the name of the son and successor of the tzt"z Rebbe—the Rebbe Maharash (Shmuel). Separately, a booklet about the history of the Rebbe Maharash will be sent to you.
