ויהי רצון, אשר מתאים לפירוש תורת החסידות בפרשת השבוע: בשלח פרעה, שהי' משלח וכו' ועושה פרי למעלה וכו' להצמיח ישועות ישראל וכו' שהקריב את לבם של ישראל לאביהם שבשמים (תורה אור ריש פרשת בשלח),
יהי' כן בכל הפרטים שלע"ע נראים לעיני בשר למונעים ומסתירים, ויתהפכו לקצה השני, שהם ירבו בהצלחה בהענינים אודותם כותב, בתוככי כלל עניני תורה ומצוה, שיתהפכו למסייעים בטוב הנראה והנגלה.

I acknowledge receipt of your letters (from the 29th of Teves and earlier ones with the pidyon nefesh).
May it be G‑d's will that, as explained in the teachings of Chassidus on this week's Torah portion—when Pharaoh sent out (the Jews), he was sending them out, etc., producing fruit above, etc., to bring about salvations for Israel, etc., drawing the hearts of Israel closer to their Father in Heaven (Torah Or, beginning of Parshas Beshalach)—so too should it be with all the details that currently appear to our physical eyes as obstacles and concealments; they should be transformed to the opposite extreme, increasing success in the matters you write about, within all aspects of Torah and mitzvah, so that these very things become helpers in revealed and apparent good.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that even apparent obstacles can become sources of help and blessing when approached through Torah and mitzvah. What seems to hinder us can be transformed into revealed good with faith and effort.
