במענה למכתביו מט' וי"ג טבת, בם כותב מההטבה באיזה נקודות בביה"ס אהלי"י, אשר ההשגחה העליונה זיכתו בהנהלתה.
ויה"ר שתגדל הטבה זו הלוך וגדל, וכן יוטב המצב בשאר הנקודות אודותן כותב, ובכל הענינים יהי' הלוך והוסיף הלוך ואור עד כי גדול מאד.
מובן וגם פשוט, שלא רק מותר לו לכתוב בכלה ענינים אודותם כותב, אלא שגם מחובתו וזכותו הוא. אלא שמהנכון שיוסיף בכ"פ גם הצעת תיקון בהנקודות הדורשות תיקון ושיפור. ומובן שההצעות צ"ל באופן שלא יביאו להירוס בנקודות אחרות, ובפרט שרואים במוחש אשר לפעמים - הרי ההירוס ברור הוא, ובהנוגע להתיקון ושיפור, יתברר רק לאחר משך זמן, לפעמים לטוב ולפעמים כו'.
נעם לי לקרות במכ' ע"ד ההתועדות בכפר חב"ד בי"ט כסלו העבר, אלא שמצערת נקודה, אשר לדעתי חשובה היא, כמובן באם השמועה אמיתית היא, והיא שכאילו באו כמה מבני הנוער ולא הרשו להם לכנוס למקום ההתועדות ושוטטו מבחוץ למקום ההתועדות, מבלי התענינות כלל בהם. והרי בודאי שהיתה אפשרות לסדר באיזה אופן שתהי' התועדות גם מבחוץ למקום ההתועדות ראשית. ובפרט שכמדומה שכבר עשו זה כמה פעמים שבמקום אחד התועדו אנשים ובבנין שני נשים וכיו"ב.
תיקון האפשרי להנ"ל- באם נוער זה מקבוצות מאורגנות, בטח יודעים הכתובת שלהן, ויש מקום לבאר להן הסיבה. ואפשרי גם - בהתועדות הקרובה לעשות מה שהוא מיוחד בשבילן, בכדי לפצות את דעתן. או עכ"פ לבוא עמהן בקישור מכ' וכו'.
כוונתי בכתיבתי אליו כוללת, אשר כדאי שיעורר שאר המתענינים ג"כ בזה. והרי כבר נאמר ותשועה ברוב יועץ.

In response to your letters from the 9th and 13th of Teves, in which you write about the improvement in certain aspects at the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak school that Divine Providence has granted you to direct. May it be His will that this improvement continues to grow, and likewise may the situation improve in other areas you mention, and in all matters may there be continual increase until it is very great.
It is understood and obvious that not only is it permitted for you to write about all the matters you mention, but it is also your duty and privilege. However, it would be proper for you to add each time a suggestion for improvement regarding points that require correction or enhancement.
It is understood that these suggestions should be made in a way that does not cause harm to other areas; especially since it is often seen clearly that sometimes the harm is immediate and obvious, while the benefit or improvement becomes clear only after some time—sometimes for good and sometimes otherwise.
I was pleased to read in your letter about the farbrengen in Kfar Chabad on the past Yud Tes Kislev. However, one point troubles me which I consider important—if indeed the report is true—that apparently some of the youth came but were not allowed into the farbrengen and wandered outside without anyone taking an interest in them.
Certainly there was a way to arrange things so that there would also be a farbrengen outside for them as well. Especially since it seems this has already been done several times—men farbrenged in one place and women in another building, etc.
A possible solution: if these youths are from organized groups, surely their addresses are known and there is room to explain to them the reason (for what happened). It may also be possible at an upcoming farbrengen to do something special for them as compensation or at least establish contact with them by letter etc.
My intention in writing this to you is inclusive—that it would be worthwhile for you to encourage others who are interested in this matter as well. As it says: "Salvation comes with many counselors."
