במענה על מכתבו מז' טבת והקודמים, ואחכה להמשך בשו"ט איך נסתדרו כל הענינים בהרשת ובפרט בכפר סבא וזרנוגה. ויה"ר שיזכה לבשר טוב בכל האמור וכן בעניניו הפרטים.
מ"ש אודות תוצאות הבחינות, אין להתרשם מזה, ובטח לא היתה ההכנה מצדו אלא, פון יוצא וועגען. ובמילא - יתקן הדבר לפעם הבאה. ובמצבו זהו כשאר עניני הרשות, היינו דקליפת נוגה, שכשהכוונה לנצלם לקדושה, ובנדון דידי' הטבת המצב בהרשת, גם ההכנה נתעלה לקדושה. והשי"ת יצליחו.
בהנוגע להשתלמות המורים-ות דהרשת, צריך הי' להוודע מתי יפתחו קורסים כדבעי, היינו מאגו"י או יותר ימנים, וכדאי לעורר הנ"ל עד"ז - שעלולה ההתעוררות שיקדימו את זה ככל האפשרי. ובפרט אם ישתתפו מצד הרשת באופן סמלי בההוצאות.
נהניתי מהמענה שלו אודות שלילת הקבלת הבתי ספר להרשת - שהציע להם מי שהוא, ובפרט שע"פ מצב הרוח כאן (שטימונג) - חוששני שאין בזה אלא פוליטיקה.

In response to your letter from the 7th of Tevet and previous ones, I await further good news about how all matters have been arranged in the Reshet, especially in Kfar Saba and Zarnuga. May you merit to share good news regarding all the above as well as your personal matters.
Regarding what you wrote about the exam results: one should not be affected by this. Surely the preparation on your part was only "from outside," and therefore the matter will be corrected next time. In your situation, this is like other matters of reshut (neutral matters), meaning from Kelipat Nogah; when one's intention is to utilize them for holiness—in your case, improving the situation in the Reshet—even the preparation is elevated to holiness. May Hashem grant you success.
Concerning teacher training in the Reshet: it was necessary to find out when proper courses would open—whether from Agudat Yisrael or more right-wing groups—and it is worthwhile to raise this matter so that such courses may be advanced as much as possible. Especially if there is symbolic participation from the Reshet in covering expenses.
I was pleased with your response regarding rejecting the proposal for schools to join the Reshet—which someone suggested to them—especially since, based on the mood here (Stimmung), I fear this is merely politics—divisiveness, etc.—and not relevant practically; enough said.
