a) Regarding what you wrote about your son... it is understood that whatever he needs for his expenses or sometimes for medical matters will not be lacking for him, G‑d forbid. As for his general health situation, during his entire time here he did not interact much with his peers; it was noticeable that he could not adapt—whether because by nature he is not very sociable or because he is not used to living conditions outside his home. Since regarding fear of Heaven he is, thank G‑d, complete, and he has been learning here in yeshivah for several years already—and thus is also at the age for shidduchim—it is a reasonable idea that he should travel home, where it will be easier to find a suitable match. Most importantly, settling down will be easier for him there—both because he will be among family and especially due to the different conditions in Eretz HaKodesh compared to here. Nevertheless, I told your son in response to his question that even if he travels to Eretz HaKodesh, he should prepare a return visa here so there will be no difficulties if after visiting home he wishes to return here for some time. Surely Hashem will show him the correct path—correct both materially and spiritually.

... e) Enclosed is a letter to... and surely these days will bring him good news. Therefore it should be explained to him and his friends—according to the story of the chassidim about the righteous etc., etc., Reb Hillel of Paritch (may his memory be blessed), which I also heard—albeit briefly—from my father-in-law the Rebbe (of blessed memory), that when traveling to Lubavitch their wagon overturned; thus they fulfilled their obligation through this incident and he lived many more years afterward. So too in our case: since our Sages say "Anyone who flatters a wicked person will ultimately fall into his hands," one should fulfill this according to the Arizal's explanation at the end of Likkutei Torah on "Yisba B'Cherpah," that through disgrace alone one fulfills one's obligation and then is not struck; so too in our case surely Hashem will grant success sufficiently in this way. Regarding the other side—it is known from Chassidus and also from mussar works that a leech which has sucked blood has already done its task and thus ceases to exist. May Hashem grant you merit and success to share good news as soon as possible regarding all the above.
