לקראת חג המצות, זמן חירותנו, הבא עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לכל אחד ואחת מהם - ברכה לחירות מכל ענינים המבלבלים מעבודת ה' בשמחה ובטוב לבב ולחג כשר ושמח.
אשר שמחה פורץ גדר, שנוהג בעניני תומ"צ למעלה מגדרו וטבעו, וההנהגה עמו מלמעלה - שפורצין בשבילו גדרו של עולם ומתברך בבני חיי ומזוני (ובכל ענינים אלה - באופן ד)רוויחי.
ומתאים לפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר אשר חג הפסח נמשך ומאיר בכל יום ומאיר תמיד - יהי רצון שיהי' כן בכל עניניהם הפרטים והכללים גם יחד, ובימי כל השנה כולה,

5711. The hundredth year since his birth, zatzukalelah nbg"m zi"a.
To each and every one in Kfar Chabad—founded and led by the Rebbe Rayatz zatzukalelah nbg"m zi"a—may Hashem be upon them for life: Many greetings and blessings!
As we approach Pesach, the season of our freedom, which is coming upon us and all Israel for good, I hereby express my blessing to each and every one of them—a blessing for freedom from all matters that disturb serving Hashem with joy and gladness of heart, and for a kosher and happy festival.
For joy breaks through barriers; when one conducts oneself in Torah and mitzvos beyond one's own limits and nature, then from Above they act with him beyond the world's boundaries, blessing him with children, life, and sustenance (and in all these matters—in a manner of) abundance.
This fits with the saying of the Rebbe Rayatz that Pesach extends and shines every day and always—may it be so in all their individual and communal matters together, throughout all days of the year, until "the one who breaks through will come—Moshiach Tzidkeinu—and redeem us with the true redemption," fulfilling the promise: "U'faratzta yamah vakeidmah vtzafonah vanegbah" (And you shall spread out to the west, east, north, and south).
With blessings for a kosher and happy Pesach and a healthy and joyful summer.
I have sent shmurah matzah, and my request is that the general committee of Kfar Chabad together with the spiritual committee and Haraha"g Haraha"ch havavac"h iy"a num etc. Harav Shneur Zalman shlita mara d'asra at their head—should distribute it to Kfar Chabad residents as well as to select Chabad activists in Eretz HaKodesh—shlita.
May it be G‑d's will that the matzah accomplish its effect—the effect of "meichla d'meheimnusa u'meichla d'asvasa" (the bread of faith and bread of healing) in full.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Pesach brings ongoing spiritual light into our lives. By celebrating with true joy—breaking through our personal limitations—and partaking in shmurah matzah with intention, we draw down blessings for freedom, health, sustenance, and redemption throughout the year.
