Surely you have arrived successfully in Eretz HaKodesh, may it be rebuilt and established. As is customary whenever one arrives there, an aliyah is called for, and I send you among all of Klal Yisrael my heartfelt wishes to ascend ever higher in fulfilling the words of our Sages: "I was created only to serve my Creator." Our beloved Anash—spreading the teachings of Chassidus and its guidance—is dear to us.

Since our Torah is a Torah of life that connects spiritual and material matters until they are united completely as one, it is understood that included in the above are also my warm thanks for your assistance to Kfar Chabad, the Chabad housing project in Jerusalem, may it be rebuilt and established, and other Chabad institutions in Eretz HaKodesh.

Based on our Sages' saying that one mitzvah brings another mitzvah, I strongly hope this will also apply regarding the new Kfar Chabad (even as a branch of the aforementioned Kfar Chabad), which would be counted as the third Kfar Chabad by general count and as the second by our count. May you do this with tranquility, joy, and gladness of heart, always increasing your activity with outstanding success.
