Shalom u'Vrachah!
I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Wednesday with its enclosure...
May it be G‑d's will that as we find ourselves in the month of Adar—about which it is said that joy is increased each day—it is understood that the matters of Adar which bring joy (that is, matters of the Megillah) influence all the days of the month. At least now this idea should be revealed: that even "amei haaretz misyahadim" (the people of the land became Jews), so certainly and all the more so those hinted at by the second Yud. As discussed at the Purim farbrengen regarding the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov and tzt"z that we heard from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
As a side note, it is worth mentioning that the idea of two Yuds is also hinted at in Nigleh (revealed Torah), and as has been my approach from long ago: everything spoken in Nigleh has its counterpart in Nistar (the hidden dimension), and what is said in Nistar has its counterpart in Nigleh—as explained by our Sages on the verse "Vayitzer" with two Yuds. See also tzt"z's glosses page 81 onward.
Thank you very much for your encouragement in general and also for what was included regarding the event—may such things not recur—in Morocco.
May it be G‑d's will that just as one recites a blessing on thunder as "oseh maaseh bereishis" (Who makes works of creation), so too—in this style but with a new interpretation—all matters should be transformed to joy and festival for both "reshit": Israel who are called "reshit," and Torah which is called "reshit."
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above.
The delivery was delayed; this explains what was written on 28 Adar.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Adar's joy should permeate every day, connecting mystical concepts like the two Yuds to both revealed and hidden Torah. Even challenges can be transformed into occasions for celebration for Israel and Torah through faith and positive action.
