לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מכ' כסלו, חותם יום הבהיר, יום הבשורה והגאולה, י"ט כסלו.
בו כותב גם ר"פ מהשתתפותו בהתועדות דיום הנ"ל, ויהי רצון שיומשך הרושם על כל השנה כולה בנר מצוה תורה אור ומאור שבתורה זוהי תורת החסידות.
במ"ש אודות בריאות... בטח מתייעצים עם רופא מומחה במקצוע ועושה כהוראתו, והרי התורה נתנה רשות לרופא לרפאות.
וזכות מה ששומר שיעורי חת"ת (חומש תהלים תניא), אשר שמענו כ"פ מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, שסגולה הוא זה לכמה ענינים, תעמוד לו לבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל.
במ"ש אודות הוראה בעבודת ה' איך להתנהג, - בכללות הענינים מבוארים בספרי ומאמרי דא"ח, ובפרטיות הרי תלוי זה בכמה ענינים, וכמו תכונת הנפש, זמן הפנוי וכו', ולכן יתייעץ עם אנ"ש אשר בסביבתו, וכבר נאמר ותשועה ברוב יועץ.
במה שהעיר בדברי רז"ל (ב"ק צח, ב) אשר חמץ בפסח הכל מצוים עליו לבערו, אף שידוע שחובת ביעור חמץ הוא רק על הבעלים.
יעוין בשו"ע רבנו הזקן סי' תמ"ג סעיף ז, שאף שאין אחריות החמץ עליו, מ"מ צריך לבערו, כדי שלא יעבור בעל החמץ בבל ימצא שכל ישראל ערבים זב"ז ולא מצ"ע.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור ובאופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור כהוראת ימי חנוכה אלו דהל' כב"ה.

לקושיתו להמובא ביל"ר פ' ברכה מס' התמונה שמשה וצפורה נקברו במערת המכפלה שהוא היפך מכמה מחז"ל - הרי בכמה ענינים מצינו מדרשות חלוקות. ולהעיר ממדרש שלישי (ספרי הובא ביל"ר שם) דמחילה יוצאת מקבורתו של משה לקבורתם של אבות.

After the longest interruption, your letter from the 20th of Kislev was received, signed on the bright day—the day of good tidings and redemption—Yud Tes Kislev. In it you also write briefly about your participation in the farbrengen of that day. May it be G‑d's will that its impression continues throughout the entire year with "Ner Mitzvah Torah Or" (the candle is a mitzvah and Torah is light) and the illumination within Torah—that is, Toras HaChassidus.
Regarding what you wrote about health... Surely you are consulting with an expert doctor in the field and following his instructions, for Torah has given permission to a doctor to heal. And the merit of your observance of daily Chitas (Chumash, Tehillim, Tanya), which we have heard many times from my revered father-in-law the Rebbe that this is a segulah for many matters—may it stand by you to bring good news in all the above.
Regarding what you wrote about guidance in Avodas Hashem—how to conduct yourself—in general these matters are explained in my books and discourses on Chassidus. In detail it depends on many factors such as one's character traits, available time, etc., so consult with Anash (members of our community) in your area; as it is said: "Salvation comes with much counsel."
On your comment regarding the words of our Sages (Bava Kama 98b) that everyone is commanded to remove chametz on Pesach—even though it is known that only owners are obligated to remove chametz—see Shulchan Aruch HaRav Siman 433:7: Even if one does not bear responsibility for the chametz he must still remove it so that its owner does not transgress bal yimatzeh (it shall not be found), for all Jews are guarantors for one another—not just oneself.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above—and in a manner of increasing light as per these days of Chanukah according to Beis Hillel's ruling (to add more each night).
Regarding what you wrote about gematria—see Tosefos Yom Tov at the end of chapter three of Avos: "A borrowed term for all kinds of calculation." Also see Aruch HaShalem under its entry for several examples.
To your question regarding what is brought in Yalkut Reuveni Parshas Berachah from Sefer Hatmunah that Moshe and Tzipporah were buried in Me'aras HaMachpelah—which contradicts several statements by our Sages—we find many areas where there are differing midrashic interpretations. Note also from a third midrash (Sifrei cited there in Yalkut Reuveni) that a tunnel extends from Moshe's burial place to that of the Patriarchs.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that spiritual inspiration should be sustained throughout the year; practical health concerns require expert advice; daily Chitas study brings merit; personal guidance should be sought locally; and apparent contradictions in sources can coexist within Torah study.
